Project features
The development extends over an area of more than 95,000 sqm, with yards for vehicle parking, a multifunctional building and green areas. The project was designed to integrate logistics services and spaces dedicated to the well-being of transport operators.
Areas and organisation
Yards, green areas and the main building are organised to ensure efficient flow management and operational functionality.
Integrated services
The main building includes a refreshment area, relaxation spaces, services, commercial activities, laundry and environments supporting users.
Capacity and equipment
The parking area accommodates more than 300 vehicles, with dedicated areas for refrigerated trucks and hazardous-waste transport.
Environmental and technical solutions
LED lighting, retention basins and mitigation systems contribute to the sustainability and quality of the development.
