Areas and functional distribution
The building of approximately 2,100 sqm integrates warehouse, offices and retail store with around 4,700 sqm of paved outdoor areas.
Industrial flooring
Flooring made with natural oxides and a hardening treatment with lithium silicates ensures resistance and durability.
High-performance building envelope
Prefabricated thermal-break facades and high-performance roofing improve insulation and energy efficiency.
