Complex developed on a 15,000 sqm site with warehouse, offices and external yards dedicated to handling. The project combines structural and operational solutions to ensure efficiency and flexibility over time.

The distribution of environments promotes coordination between operational activities and management functions.
Logistics equipment and safety
Equipped loading points, centring guides and an ADR room with dedicated system improve management and safety.
Structure and operational performance
A 29 m clear span and high-load-capacity flooring allow efficient handling of goods and vehicles.

The property configuration is designed to allow future warehouse expansion.
