Logistics platform developed on a compact surface with warehouse, offices and integrated outdoor areas. The project combines construction, plant engineering and environmental solutions to ensure performance and sustainability.
Areas and functional organisation
Warehouse, offices and outdoor areas are organised to support last mile activities and urban flow management.
Plant systems and management systems
Integrated home automation, LED lighting and a 90 kW photovoltaic system optimise consumption and building operation.
Building envelope and energy efficiency
Rock wool insulation and A3 energy class improve thermal performance and building quality.
Sustainability and environmental features
Water recovery, electric charging and BREEAM Very Good certification contribute to a sustainable design approach.
