Logistics platform developed over more than 23,000 sqm of covered area, with offices and large outdoor areas dedicated to handling operations. The project integrates construction, plant engineering, and environmental solutions focused on quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Logistics and management spaces are organized to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.
Systems and technological infrastructure
BMS, dimmable LED lighting, and sensors ensure control and optimized energy consumption.
Building envelope and thermal performance
Insulated facades and high-performance PIR roofing improve energy efficiency and building quality.
Sustainability and design criteria
Integrated environmental solutions contribute to a design approach focused on sustainability and BREEAM Excellent certification.
