Logistics development on an area of more than 27,000 sqm with warehouse, offices and dedicated outdoor areas. The project integrates technical and environmental solutions to ensure high performance and long-term reliability.
Areas and configuration
Warehouse of more than 10,000 sqm with offices and integrated technical spaces, organised to support operational activities.
Plant systems and technologies
BMS system, LED lighting and sensors improve control, efficiency and operational continuity.
Logistics equipment
12 loading bays, 1 level access ramp and external circulation routes ensure efficiency in flow management.
Sustainability and certifications
Design and plant engineering solutions are developed according to ESG criteria and oriented towards achieving BREEAM Excellent certification.
