Logistics platform developed over more than 21,000 sqm of covered area with large outdoor areas dedicated to handling. The project integrates structural, plant engineering and environmental solutions to ensure high performance and long-term reliability.
Areas and operational configuration
Warehouse of more than 20,000 sqm with offices and large outdoor areas organised to support logistics flows.
Building envelope and thermal performance
Insulated facades and high-performance PIR roofing improve energy efficiency and building quality.
Logistics equipment and performance
22 loading bays and a clear height of 12 m, with high floor load capacity, ensure advanced operations.
Environmental sustainability
Water recovery, electric charging and biodiversity measures contribute to a sustainable design approach. BREEAM Excellent certification.
