Project features
The project extends over an area of more than 56,000 sqm, with a warehouse of around 26,000 sqm, offices and dedicated outdoor areas. The development was designed to ensure operational efficiency, construction quality and integration between logistics spaces and services.
Areas and layout
Warehouse, offices and outdoor areas are organised to support operational activities and ensure efficient flow management.
Plant systems and technologies
BMS systems, LED lighting with sensors and solutions for building control and efficiency have been integrated.
Logistics equipment
The property includes 24 loading bays, dedicated circulation routes, parking areas and access systems for heavy vehicles.
Environmental sustainability
Photovoltaic system, rainwater recovery and solutions for electric mobility contribute to BREEAM Excellent certification.
