Extension of an existing building with new logistics areas and adaptation of external areas. The project integrates building, circulation routes and infrastructure to improve functionality and operational management.
Extension and configuration of spaces
A new volume of approximately 9,700 sqm extends the existing warehouse, improving capacity and internal organisation.
External areas and infrastructure
Paving, circulation routes and a drainage system with retention basin improve site management and safety.
Loading and handling equipment
Bays on opposite sides, level access doors and external canopies optimise loading and unloading operations.
Functional works on existing buildings
New service and canteen spaces improve the quality of environments supporting company activities.
