The development combines production areas, warehouse spaces and offices, ensuring operational efficiency and quality of environments. The project was designed to support the client's business growth and the organisation of internal processes.
Work organization
The project is divided into 6 operational areas to manage different works across approximately 7,500 sqm.
Systems and technical infrastructure
Networks, underground utilities, and systems have been fully upgraded to ensure safety and efficiency.
Works on existing structures and new construction
The works combine refurbishment and new construction to adapt the spaces to the various industrial functions.
Production continuity and regulatory compliance
The works were planned to ensure operational continuity in compliance with HACCP regulations.
«The refurbishment and expansion of the existing production facility in Concorezzo is a highly detailed and rather complex project. The food industry, in fact, requires knowledge of and compliance with very strict HACCP regulations concerning hygiene and the materials to be used. In addition, production inside the building will not stop during the works, and the areas involved will be set up as construction sites in phases and sections, so as not to interfere with the company’s business and to ensure the safety of the spaces and employees.»
